Why is there a cap of 70 quests in your journal, 'specially after Kunark? Cluny 23:35, 3 January 2008 (UTC)

I want one of those!!! A Cap of 70 Quests would probably be super stylish. What I really want is a kitten-ear helmet, but I will settle for that cap. -- Whyff 20:02, 8 January 2008 (UTC)

As far as I know it is because of technical reasons; The more quests you have the more lag it would create. Every time you move close to a potential clickable item, every NPC, or possible spawned encounter the game checks against your quest journal. Laniala 07:37, 20 January 2008 (UTC)

Way back when (I forget if it was during the beta or after release) there wasn't a quest limit. Eventually they determined that to be the cause of Antonica crashing several times a day, due to people running around with hundreds of quests (collection quests weren't separated at that point).
