I'm trying to identify how to do an advanced search. Seems like we could use a general "how to" section. For example, we have categories of armor type (cloth) or class (conjururo) or tier and can drill in to each individually but no way that I can determine to search on combinations of these (mage, cloth armor, tier8). -- Bottom feeder

Actually, the categories have been what we've been using most, to be honest. Take a look at Acrid Mantle and the categories that appear at the bottom of the page. Those category links are how we've been doing most of the searching. But you'd be right, there's currently no *easy* way to do that kind of searching. A general how to section on searching would certainly be welcome. We also may be able to add to the categorical searching idea by adding to the way we assign categories, but I'll have to talk to the other admins about how best to go about it. I know the hard (manual) way, but we may be able to make it automatically appear the way you want.
