Can't use edit tools

not long ago the edit page have some new look. when editing a page there is 13 icons to make text bold etc next to it there is a "more +" button and that one can't be working correctly. i can use "Templates" but the other tabs i can't access ("basics" "Obtain" "Maintenance" "Updates" "Credits" "Powertools") when ever i try to access one of the other tabs the window just disappear. i normal use Firefox and i'v even tried in Internet explorer but same this happens i can't access any other tab. also when previewing a edited page the little icon next to a clickable loc isn't viable in the preview so i have to save page to see if it work correctly.

an other question, i thought i might be able to squeeze in , what do i do when i know the information isn't accurate but i don't have the correct one? in the quest A Gathering Obsession, Part IV it is stated that "You need to be either level 35 adventurer or tradeskiller (harvesting skill 140 minimum)." however i got the quest today with 32 tradeskill lvl and 27 adventuring lvl. so obviously it is not correct that you have to be lvl 35 in ether but i don't know what the correct lowest lvl is. should i dispute the accuracy of the page (and if so how do i do so), should i add it to the notes or remove the sentence stating there is a lvl requirement?

Yes, I noticed it too with the edit tools. I have the same issue.
