Noticed this with some recent uploads.

Stats have gotten so high with all the potency mods and such that the changes are reflected in the equipment examine windows. If you want to see what I mean, examine any 'imbued' crafted weapon. Then take all your gear off (to get rid of their potency modifiers) and examine it again - the amount of damage that Gleaming Strike deals as displayed in the examine window will go way down.

That's not a big deal I know, but there's other things. When I take screenshots with my 46 bruiser, all the armor's mitigation increases beyond what eq2wire says the stats are. I mentored down my assassin and the stats were mostly as they should be - but I still don't know where that extra mitigation is coming from.

Anyway, I'm thinking this means we ought to have a discussion about equipment examine windows. Though honestly I can't think of a solution to this between "don't worry about it" and "stop taking screenshots". Jeff ( talk · stalk ) 03:28, May 8, 2016 (UTC)
