Sony advertised that you would get a Loot Card and a Dire Bear Mount if you pre-ordered. They did NOT specify that you had to Buy the Box to obtain the Dire Bear Mount. See pop up when logging into Everquest2 Launcher

When I Contected SOE reguarding this matter I was told that i should have known from the news groups. I was then told i would have to Re-perchase the 40.00 software at a Store, in order to obtain the Bear.

FYI. The nearest Gaming store is 45 minutes one way. Not to counting the fact that i would have to buy the same game again. At this point the only recourse is to Cancel my accounts. If you think this is unfair, Please call sony at 858-537-0898 to make sure they know you think its unfair.

It's abundantly clear that the mount was only with the retail version. Yes, every year someone doesn't realize it, but they certainly try to make it clear, at least in the promotional emails / sites I've seen. -- lordebon 23:09, 18 November 2008 (UTC)

I have to agree, it was clear how you needed to buy to get mount. Thing I think is kind of bogus is the box says the expansion has level 50-80 content. Haven't seen anything below level 80 yet -Boggmarr-

Crafting content starts with lvl 50 and the instances start also to scale from 50.Anyways, how much percent of the playerbase is still below 70 and for how long?-- Alinor 12:17, 22 November 2008 (UTC)
