How to handle guild status items?

How should guild status items be handled, the ones that can be purchased at Category:City Merchant (NPC Type) ? For example:

Children of Thunder can be purchased with the appropriate guild level. It can be purchased only from certain City Merchants in Qeynos, Freeport and Neriak (I don't know if the City Merchants in Kelethin and/or Timorous Deep sell it).

• How should the Obtain be marked?
  • Should the guild level and/or price be included?
• Should Qeynos City Merchant Items have links added?
• Should articles of the City Merchants that sell it have a link for it added?

I can see going with a basic, "This item can be purchased from City Merchants ." Its simplicity calls to me - but it is also misleading, as not all City Merchants sell that item.
