Images not showing latest versions

There is some kind of issue with images showing the wrong revision on our wiki.

If you look at File:Overview.jpg , what do you see?

I see a version of the file that is two versions out of date; it's brown and has the map window frame around it.
If I click on this image to view it at full-size, I see the latest version instead, which has blue ocean.
The thumbnail of this image near the top of Zone Guide is also showing the out-of-date version.
If I look at the File:Overview.jpg#File history , almost all of the thumbnails are wrong. It is showing old thumbnails above the new thumbnails.

Does anyone know a solution to this? I don't see a facility to refresh the image cache, or whatever is the culprit here - not even as a sysadmin. I am concerned that other images that I have updated, such as File:Xp bar.jpg , will also continue to show the wrong image in full and/or in thumbnail. Is wikia borking out? Is it my browser? Caching Edit

It's almost always a caching problem with Wikia when these types of issues occur. I suggest opening a problem ticket by going to the image page and clicking the "Report a Problem" link, then reporting the issue and immediately assigning it to "Need help" from Wikia. Hmm. Assuming there *was* that link. Hrm. Now I'm confused that the link doesn't appear on all pages. Let me think a minute how to do this.-- Kodia 22:31, September 2, 2010 (UTC)

Ah, ok. I've got it. The problem report link doesn't appear on image pages, only article pages. If you reported a problem with the Zone Guide page that the image appears on and listed the issue (copy and paste from the Forum post above) I think that will work.-- Kodia 22:33, September 2, 2010 (UTC)
