I have a 75 wizzy but I've been away from the game for about a year. I've just started playing again a few days ago, but I am a little more than just lost. I used to be close fabled out, but now it seems most trash drops are better than what I have on. Any advice on what I need to be on the lookout for? Any advice on getting back into the game?

Do all the quests starting in KP at the docks. They are mostly solo and will bring you through Fens, Jungle and Jarsath Wastes. If you are 75 you can prob skip some of the lower ones or you may have already done them. You will get a lot of AA and some nice rewards along the way. A good example is the Fish Embroidered Gloves for mages in Kunzar Jungle, def the best gloves if you are not raiding, easy quest. Might need a little faction to get the quest though.

Kunark came out way less than a year ago, how are you level 75? There are a lot of spell damage, spell crit items out there you can get opn the vendor. If you are going to solo you need to get an adept 3 or master single target root and maybe even the group encounter root. I personally have started mining to have my adept 3s made as I progress. It makes you much stronger. Be aware Kunark mobs hit hard. A level 68 Kylong mob is a lot harder to take down than a level 68 Bonmire mob. You will find that leveling will be easy, relearning about all the uber loot is the hard part.
