Server unavailable error

My wife's system is giving her a "server unavailable " error for the butcher block server. However, I'm having no problem logging in. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes. Her browser is working fine. I ran across a post that suggested deleting the launchpad.libs/launchpad.cache directory so I did that. But still getting the same result. Thanks for your reply

I deleted the entire launchpad.libs directory and that seemed to do the trick. She's in game for the moment anyway :). Thank you very much for your reply and links. Have a great evening
