I am close to finishing the TSO signature quest, and it occurred to me that it may not now be possible to finish this quest with the new world event and Lucan D'Lere missing. Can someone confirm or deny whether the signature quest can still be completed? 193.189.80.43 10:12, January 25, 2010 (UTC)
You can still start/complete the TSO signature questline. The door to the citadel is now next to the pile of rubble where the citadel used to be ( 59, -20, 25 ). It's a small wooden door on the wall at this location.
