I have been seeing a star in the upper right of the targeting box for both mobs and NPCs. What is with that? Is it an AA clue (even though it shows up on unattackable NPCs)? Janze-Nek 03:14, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
- from Update Notes: Wednesday, July 29, 2009 : Added an indicator (white star) on the target window. This should only show up if the NPC gives AA experience and not show up if you’ve collected it. -- Vraeth 06:47, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
Weird to see it in the update notes, as I read them every time I log in (though not the forum version). Weirder that I see it on unattackable NPCs (I think it was on Watchman Plarg during Tinkerfest ). In any case, thanks for the clue-by-4. Janze-Nek 14:39, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
- Very strange to see it on unattackables, unless there is a quest wherein they turn attackable... but I don't think that Watchman is one. It's probably just a mis-set checkbox on the NPC, can always /bug it. -- lordebon 15:02, 6 August 2009 (UTC)
It could be possible that there is something you can do (such as betrayal quests) to change your faction to make him attackable. I probably would not advise it since you can always grind for the AAs. Seems like it would be a waste of time unless your looking for achievements. Giladus 10:14, 16 March 2010 (MST)
