Please, please, please, no. EQ2i doesn't need them; we already have enough editors who like to hop in and do lots of little edits in a row (instead of, for example, previewing the edit and making adjustments before saving the edit). I feel the overall quality of the wiki will drop if our userbase realizes there is an editting achievement system... I fear it will create lots of new editors doing lots of fluff/pointless edits, rather than continuing the wiki's standards of quality content for the community at large. (RC patrol is already, umm, interesting enough as it is, lol!)

Anyway, kudos to Wikia for the achievements, but if EQ2i doesn't need blogs, then we sure don't need achievements. /my two cents
