I joined a while back using my real name as my username. I wish now that I had joined with my toons name! WHen trying to log back in today I couldnt remember my details (pcs been busted for over a month, forgotten alot!) and ended up rejoining with my toons name only to remember my original log in info. Now I have two accounts. I cant find where to delete my new one. And Im annoyed that Im stuck with a username I hate! Anyway to change it? And how do I delete my second account? In short, there is no deleting the username you do not want. Just go back to using your original one and ignore your second one. For extra security, an admin here can put a permanent block on it to ensure that, should it ever become compromised, it is essentially 'dead'. If you want your account renamed, that may be possible for a bureaucrat or wikia staff to do, assuming the proper extension is enabled. If that is the case, it may be possible to rename the account you do not want to something generic and then rename your original account to what you want. We'll have to wait for a response from Kodia, Uberfuzzy, or another wikia staff to see if it possible, however. -- lordebon 22:40, November 3, 2009 (UTC)

What admins CAN'T do has some information about it

Deleting a User page of a registered User doesn't delete the user Information behind, so no use if i would delete your user page.

The thing you can do is that you reset the password your self (think you can do that on the login window)

If it's possible to delete a user then only by wikia stuff, but i doubt it's possible.

What we usually recommend in this case is creating a new user ID entirely and forgetting about the old one. Chilli's right in that Wikia staff can delete the old account because it requires going into the database proper, but they have a policy against it so we stopped asking.-- Kodia 13:32, November 4, 2009 (UTC)
