You must finish all of Pulnil the Haggler 's ( -1670, -295, -1367 ) /waypoint -1670, -295, -1367 quests before he will offer Hail to the Chief to you.

Steps Edit

1. Pulnil the Haggler will ask you if you still have the a pretty coin from the quest Everyone Loves a Snitch . Don't worry if you don't, he'll give you a new one.
2. Take the coin to Chief Llump the Wise in the warrens under Kurn's Tower ( -1878, -390, -1768 ) /waypoint -1878, -390, -1768 .
