Harvest a pipe reed. The pipe reed is found in a lake on the west side of Strifewind Isle. The lake is marked on your map. They are hard to target; click on the base of the pipe reed. You will receive a hardened pipe reed .
Take the cloud to Whisperwind Isle and head to the Norrath portal. Stand near the listening staff at ( -557, -47, -396 ) /waypoint -557.18, -46.50, -395.53 . Right-click the hardened pipe reed in your inventory and select "Use". Harun Clearsky will arrive in a moment.
Speak to Harun to receive your reward.
