What does this information mean?

This instanced zone is only accessible if at least one member of the group has the signature quest, The Stormhammer and all group members have completed Burning the Black Sun Grizzly Rug access quest.

Use invis when zoning in, there will be spirit mobs in the room. (one or two 66^^^ Stormguard Haunt, or 67^^^ Stormhammer revenant can all wander in and out of rooms)

Exit the room you entered and head left down the hall and enter the second room to the left and examine the chest there (the roamers will enter this room so be careful). Then proceed to the last door on the right.

Killing the mob (3x 66^^ Stormhammer Horror) in that room will spawn the three ghosts of the Lords of Stormhammer which will grant you the 3 sub quests.
