What does this information mean?

This is the first quest in the series to change your citizenship from Kelethin to Qeynos . You need to be level 10 to start this quest.

Steps Edit

1. Pick up 30 pieces of trash along the Highway in Antonica , starting from the gate.
   • These show up as piles of garbage on the road itself.
   • The highway starts from the Qeynos gates, so don't use the mariner's bell to go to Antonica docks.
2. Go to Friar Montego (448, -20, -242) and purchase a Donation Recipt.
3. Return to Darion
