What does this information mean?
Drops one of several 95 Legendary Attuneable weapons, or 96 Heirloom Waist or Cloak, or 98 Yellow Malice Boots, Shoulders or Forearms. And has a chance to additionally drop a Yellow or Blue Malice Gem, heirloom.

this is a named mob with a one hour respawn timer. Level 98, and drops level 98 or 96 loot most of the time. This is important because some mobs, even in heroic instances drop only 95 loot and you can't use the new purple adorns on that gear, it must be 96 or better.
