- Pull named to a corner, tank and spank. Homunculis spawns multiple 92^^ heroic a malformed pustula . His adds have a whole heap of hitpoints.
- Seems to call every mob in the room, so clear them first.
- Burn the named down quickly as he mana drains (noxious) and try to leave the adds for last. The adds do deal a lot of damage and have various DOTs they cast on the tank and group. You will need a lot of healing or dps to burn this mob down. He spawns more adds so the longer it takes you to burn him down, the more adds will spawn (adds were approximately another 3,250,000 HPs on top of the named mob).
- This is the most difficult mob in the zone from the perspective of running it in small group or boxing.
