After you obtain a deed and buy the house, you never have to pay any upkeep in coin or status points. *The major advantage of this type is that, because it never has ''any'' upkeep costs of any kind, you and anyone you grant access to (described below) can always enter it. *It can be more complicated to obtain than Standard Housing; some are sold on the [[Marketplace]], but there are many other ways to obtain it (covered on the page about it). *This type of housing also allows players to use a [[House Portal|house portal]] to "link" multiple houses together. *Most prestige houses are based on zones found in the world that have been modified. They vary greatly in style and size. Due to the size and (nearly)"blank slate" nature of many of these houses, they are highly easy to use when and if you want to build unique structures from scratch.
