Every time the Stormcaller casts a beneficial spell on an ally, Infusion deals magic damage to a nearby enemy. This costs a small amount of power every time it triggers.

Duration	Until Canceled

Effects:
When target casts a beneficial spell this spell will cast Infusive Wrath on target. Inflicts x-y magic damage on a target on Area of Effect Must be engaged in combat
