Kill the skeletons around him to make him attackable. Joki is underconned, so be prepared for a long fight; Joki has lots of HP and hits hard. One add ( a collection of bones ) spawns at 75%, two spawn at 50%, three at 25%, and six (6) upon its death. These do not hit very hard and have little HP.
