Kilzak The Twisted will fear you several times .
Stun stifle and interrupt as much as possible. He is rather tough. Do not attempt to solo him as he has plenty of HP to wipe you out before you get him to 75%.

(update 12-31-2013) -- actually, on a 70 warden with middling gear and only a few heals, he was quite easy with not much more HPs than the zone elementals, maybe up to twice but that's a very rough guess ... simple to solo
