Go into The Mystic River to the South.
Go to Mara Beach. Anywhere along the beach will do.
Harvest quartz to the east at ( -240, -2, -66 ) /waypoint -239.5, -1.5, -65.5
Purchase 5 Basic Sandpaper (T1) from any resource you prefer.
