The King will reputedly appear after clearing around the horse carcasses in North-Western Antonica - one spawn of warriors, one spawn of princes, and possibly a spawn of the king.

8/24/2010 - Found 4 larvae-infested horse carcasses in the area. 3 of them had warriors around it. The fourth, at the location noted above, was the last carcass cleared. Immediately after killing off the group of warriors, 1 prince spawned, and then the King immediately after that.
