Speak to Safa in the Hall of the Fell Blade ( 1889, -299, 3421 ) /waypoint 1889.21, -298.99, 3421.41 .
Scribe the recipe Armaments of Paineel and craft 3 of each:
- traditional Paineel greaves (forge)
- traditional Paineel breastplates (forge)
- tabards of the Fell Blade (sewing table)
- traditional Paineel greatswords (forge)
- components needed: 27 titanium ore , 24 quicksilver cluster , 9 bamboo shoot , 9 ethereal coal , 3 ethereal filament
- Crafting stations are in the Paineel Commons at (1800.00,-299.00,3492.50) on both sides
