After any hostile spell strikes an enemy, Kudzu snares their movement speed for a short duration, with a chance of rooting them in place.

Passive Spell

Effects:
On a hostile spell cast this spell will cast Kudzu on target of spell. Lasts for 4.0 seconds. Roots target (25% chance) If target is not Epic Slows target by 50.0% 25% chance to dispel when target takes damage Resistibility increases against targets higher than level (X).
