What does this information mean?

Once a week, Gwynvyn coordinates with local crafters to arrange for a special meal for all the hard-working Maldura guards, who often have to make do with cold rations during their long shifts.

1. Cook the requested food at a stove and keg. This will be one of the following:
   • Mushroom Tempura
   • Mycelium Moussaka
   • Trout and Tempeh Bibimbap
   • Truffle Macaroni and Mycelium

2. Deliver the food to Quartermaster Lysslyn ( -189, -3, -34 ) /waypoint -188.64, -3.43, -33.87 .
