- In order to be offered this quest you must have spoken with your city's Ambassador prior to visiting Ambassador Brutus.
- Meet with Sergeant Daimyo across the street in the Armor shop by Ikthar ( -126, -38, -1 ) /waypoint -126.14, -37.86, -1.32 .
- Hail him, and he will give you the next quest.
