Mischeva's Tribute is currency that can only be gained from completing quests give by Roslyn Mischeva. These quests are only available during the Heroes' Heroes' Festival Timeline . They are dropped by the clothwork bosses across Norrath. It first appeared in Norrath in 2015's (according to Loot DB it first appeared in 2014) Heroes' Festival.
