Mages must be at least level 60 to be offered this quest.
Must have also completed the racial quests. If not, Bellengere will direct you to the appropriate Mentor's location.

Speak to Crexisz Lepidus on the ground floor of the Concordium Tower . ( 709, -20, 119 ) /waypoint 709, -20, 119
Travel to the gate leading to the Starcrest Commune in South Qeynos and zone in. ( 695, -21, 366 ) /waypoint 695, -21, 366
Seek out the heretic.
- Investigate the house just west of the entrance for signs of the heretic.
- Search the waterway for signs of the heretic. Speak to a heretic disciple then defeat her. ( 718, -34, 319 ) /waypoint 718, -34, 319
- Confront then defeat heretic Rennan'Uquisitis and his heretic disciples . ( 804, -20, 292 ) /waypoint 804, -20, 292
Return to Bellengere the Three .
Collect ingredients for a portal spell.
- Collect a handful of fiery mane by clicking one of the steeds by Irontoes East . ( 335, -21, 118 ) /waypoint 335, -21, 118
- Collect 6 shards of the Luclinite meteor in Antonica , which may be found on the large meteor stones, or on the bottom of the pond near the meteor. Gathering the ore will spawn mutated pond gliders that must be slain. ( 133, -15, 442 ) /waypoint 133, -15, 442
- Collect a vial of purest ocean spray near the Tower of Oracles . ( -701, -39, -504 ) /waypoint -701, -39, -504 .
  - It's a spray of blue/white at the bottom of the ramp, at the water's edge.
Speak to Bellengere the Three behind the Concordium Tower and click the green misty area to place your ingredients for the spell. ( 738, -21, 94 ) /waypoint 738, -21, 94
Speak again to Crexisz Lepidus .
