Obfuscation Rank (*/10) Wisdom 1 point Requires Prowler's Cunning (Rank 4) The Prowler's stealth and stalk abilities have their casting and reuse speed increased. Combat art damage on the following attack made from stealth is also increased. Passive Spell Effects: Increases casting speed and reuse speed of Stealth and Stalk abilities (see below) Increases combat art damage of the next ability by a percentage (see below)

Note that getting a 100% increase to reuse or casting time halves the original casting/reuse time - not makes them "Immediate".
