Old Doclin will periodically release a cloud of ash that debuffs players and grants him a stoneskin while he stands in it. He can be dragged out of it. Other than that he's pretty straightforward tank n' spank.
The more Malduran citizens that Doclin manages to Immolate, the more often he uses his ash cloud. To rescue Malduran citizens, run into the district and left-click any that you find. You'll need good DPS to burn through the trash quickly enough to get more than a couple, though.
