1. Scribe the Blueprint: Loomba Prototype recipe given to you by Oomba.
2. Craft a Loomba on the Work Bench at ( 1290, -540, 473 ) /waypoint 1290, -540.25, 473 , next to the fuel merchant. Requires one (1) each of Titanium Ore, Quicksilver cluster, Amber, and Ethereal Coal.
3. Activate the Loomba in front of the Sewing Loom near Oomba. ( 1254, -540, 429 ) /waypoint 1254.20, -540.25, 429.41 "looks like a good location".
4. Talk to Oomba.
