Create recipe for Plex's invisibility cloaks
1. Scribe the recipe "Specification: Invisibilty Cloak" for "Recipe: Invisibilty Cloak" received from Plex.
2. Click on the small sack of items Plex gave you to get the supplies.
3. Create the "Recipe: Invisibilty Cloak" at an Engraved Desk (one is located in the corner of the main tent in Scarstone)
  - Requires 1 effulgent incense and a white peony leaf
Create 7 invisibility cloaks at a Sewing Table (one is located in the corner of the main tent in Scarstone)
- Scribe the Invisibility Cloak recipe
- Examine the "Ingredients for Plex's Cloaks" item received from Plex to get the ingredients required for the cloaks
- Requires 7 effulgent filament
Return the Invisibility Cloaks to Plex
