Galen needs seed pods from a burned twilight fern, which grow near Soul's Crossing, and the regeneration negation draught from Damion Trebatius, a wizard at Incantatory Apex, an arcane project area northwest of Cardin Ward ( -59, 44, -219 ) /waypoint -59, 44, -219 .
- Gather twilight fern seed pods (6)
  - Right-click small green bushes and choose to Set Fire to the Twilight Fern
    - Note, if you do this near an obol shrambler, it will anger them and they will attack you
  - Pick up the seed pod that drops from the fern
- Obtain regeneration negation draught from Damion Trebatius
I must return to Galen Cadabrak in Cardin Ward and tell him the Harrowing Horde have taken over the spires at Incantatory Apex.
- Return to Galen Cadabrak ( -460, 15, 84 ) /waypoint -460, 15, 84
