4. Collect 3 octopus ink from the octopi in the harbor. ( An icebound shell-cracker and a lurking shell-cracker both update, 100%.
5. Return to Datti
6. Crank the printing machine 6 more times. It works! You receive A Stack of Newly Printed Pamphlets
7. Spread the propaganda to 5 gnome pirate workers downstairs on the docks. (Target the gnome pirates, use the item)
8. Return to Dort
