1. Speak with Matve ( -71, 77, -769 ) /waypoint -71, 77, -769
   1. He is located on a rock bridge down by the Tower of Serilis
2. Matve has asked that I collect chapters from the Old Paineel classic "The Wartime Use of Arcana". These are located in the Caertaxian section.
   1. I should search for a chapter near the Old Paineel Overlook. Chapter on Sorcery. ( 24, 103, -83 ) /waypoint 24, 103, -83
   2. I should search for a chapter near the Blood-stained Mess Hall. Chapter on Enchanting. ( 58, 37, -35 ) /waypoint 58, 37, -35
   3. I should search for a chapter near the Shattered Pillar. Chapter on Summoning. ( -69, 3, 51 ) /waypoint -69.13, 2.86, 51.01
   4. I should search for a chapter on the other side of Old Paineel. Chapter on Necromancy. ( -220, -40, 52 ) /waypoint -220, -40, 52
