These are required for the Pumpkin Pulper achievement and several Nights of the Dead collections.

Buy Pumpkin Bombs (2 candy corns per bomb) from A Nights of the Dead merchant .
When you launch the bombs at other players several mysterious (very small) pumpkins appear in their vicinity.
These pumpkins can be gathered and will

Start/earn credit toward the achievement and
Spawn a random seasonal collectible in your inventory.
