Ra'zul is a very straightforward fight; kill him before he kills you.
Shortly after you engage him he will teleport himself to the middle of the room, shut the door, and begin lowering the ceiling to fatally crush the party. The longer the fight goes the more he debuffs the party. He seems to do little if any damage once he starts lowering the ceiling so healers should contribute as much as possible.
Note: As of GU52 or a change right around then his HP were lowered making this fight quite a bit easier, before that change around 14k DPS was needed to kill him.
