Speak to Vima Madrigan in the Shrine of Thunder .
Brush away a pile of sand on the beach in the Magma Grotto . ( -176, -129, 455 ) /waypoint -176, -128.7, 455
Pick up the baby magma wormling that was under the pile of sand.
Return to Vima Madrigan at the Shrine of Thunder.
