Speak to Acting Lieutenant Germain in the Forest Ruins ( 900, 0, -580 ) /waypoint 900, 0, -580 .
Must have completed the quest Favors .

Interact with a bush at ( 1166, -22, -743 ) /waypoint 1166.12, -21.84, -742.83 .
A gnoll camp appears as the bushes vanish (they were an illusion to hide the camp).
Pick up the book from the gnoll camp.
Return to Acting Lieutenant Germain for your reward.
