Speak to Dain Kalus Frostreaver in The Great Divide at the Blisterrock Ridge camp ( 109, -346, -613 ) /waypoint 109.04, -345.66, -612.60
Defeat Narandi the Enraged in the Echoes of the Ring War public quest. The quest will update from either an Epic X4 or an Epic X2 version of Narandi. (8-15-15 Quest updated as a Narandi x2 spawned from an ice rock around Ring War. Ring War was not going on.)
Return to the Dain to complete the quest.
