Rotclaw does not appear to drop unique loot; however, once in a while he'll cough up a treasure chest containing items that also drop from other mobs in Antonica, like Oak Handled Parrying Blade and Bramblewood Round Shield .

It was seen on Antonia Bale server that Rotclaw dropped (for character Ailene) Girdle of the Grudgebearer a level 34 fabled belt. Confirmation needed
