Target Enemy Power Scales Casting 0.5 seconds Recast 45.0 seconds Range Up to 5.0 meters Hit Bonus 25% Easier Effects: Inflicts X - Y crushing damage on target (scales with level) Applies Knockdown. Lasts for (Z) seconds. Throws target back. Blurs vision of target Stuns target Does not affect Epic targets
