What does this information mean?

Normal, unrestricted access is via the back door -- a grate located in the northeastern area of the Ruins of Karana ( -658, -7, 689 ) /waypoint -657.92, -6.97, 689.45 and enters the Ruins of Varsoon in the northeast of the dungeon.
The front door has an access quest, Where Will This Lead Me? , and leads into the stone hallways of the western half of the dungeon, bypassing all the earthen tunnels to the east. Note: the access quest is no longer required to use this entrance.
