1. Within 20 minutes, destroy 5 boxes of beakers (they look like long, rectangular dark wood boxes with metal edging and two latches and may be easier to see in the daytime) in the districts of Freeport (e.g., Big Bend , Longshadow Alley , Scale Yard , etc}. There seems to be one cart per district.
2. Return to Gil McMartin for your reward.
