2. Douse 5 crates of torches in various locations in the Commonlands (e.g., the Crossroads at -529.69, -44.87, -316.21, nomad camps , Kerran camp at at (-186.62,-47.81,113.13). You can find all 5 crates at one of the locations. They will re-pop pretty quickly.
3. Return to Gil McMartin for your reward.
