Steps Edit

1. Within 20 minutes, steal 5 crates of jewels (they have the appearance of music boxes) from the districts of Freeport (e.g., Big Bend , Longshadow Alley , Scale Yard , etc}. There seems to be two crates per district.
2. Return to Gil McMartin for your reward.
