Travel to this location is now possible by hailing a a griffin tamer NPC , simply named New Combine Flight Master, on the docks outside of Thurgadin, City of the Coldain at ( 1277, -540, 304 ) /waypoint 1277, -540, 304 , by using a Globe of Swift Travel , or Ulteran Spires without the previously required quest unlocks.
